Recognizing the strong demand for affordable housing in the Willamette Valley, we are equipped to help property owners and managers assess their existing developments for opportunities to maximize zoning allowances in order to increase density or add future phase housing to existing developments. Conceptual design, code study, and site analysis will provide for a project proposal that will meet the needs of a client seeking to construct additional units on an existing development. Clients can expect a detailed budget crafted specifically to the project’s requirements during the pre-construction phase. With a strong value of transparency, our goal is to create financial clarity and a strong project familiarity before breaking ground.
