Skyline Builders was founded on a simple idea: the best builder is one who thinks like an owner. Based in Salem, OR, we came up through development — managing capital, weighing trade-offs, and living with the long-term results of what we built. That experience shaped everything about how we work today.

Most builders work for owners. We are owners. So when we take on a commercial development or a custom home, we bring the same scrutiny we'd apply to our own investment — protecting the budget, holding the timeline, and never losing sight of the value that has to hold up long after the project is finished.
