GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE
● $1,000,000 per occurrence
● $2,000,000 general aggregate
● $2,000,000 products & completed operations aggregate
● $1,000,000 personal & advertising injury
Required Endorsements:
● Skyline Builders LLC and Owner listed as Additional Insured
● Coverage must be Primary and Non-Contributory
● Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Skyline Builders LLC
AUTO LIABILITY COVERAGE
● $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident
Required Endorsements:
● Skyline Builders LLC and Owner listed as Additional Insured
● Coverage must be Primary and Non-Contributory
● Waiver of Subrogation
WORKERS COMPENSATION COVERAGE
● Statutory limits per Oregon law
Employer’s Liability:
● $500,000 per accident
● $500,000 per disease
● $500,000 per employee
Required Endorsements:
● Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Skyline Builders LLC
UMBRELLA OR EXCESS LIABILITY COVERAGE (if required by contract)
● $1,000,000 per occurrence
● $2,000,000 aggregate
BONDING REQUIREMENTS (If required by contract)
● Performance and/or payment bond up to 100% of contract value
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
● Insurance must be maintained for the duration of the project
● Certificates must be submitted and approved prior to starting work
● Skyline Builders LLC reserves the right to request updated certificates at any time
